Our hours of business are 8:30 - 6:00 pm (PST), although worldwide research often keeps our phone lines open for international calls outside regular office hours.

We do our research electronically and check email frequently. If you'd like to speak to one of us please call or email. If we aren't in, we will get back to you at the earliest possible opportunity.
